October 26th is the new due date for a Perrysburg solar manufacturer to pay off a loan to the Ohio Department of Development.
Willard and Kelsey was granted the extension to pay back more than $4 million before the department turns the case over the the State Attorney General's office for collections.
The department had originally called its loan to be repaid by Wednesday. We're told the solar firm continues to owe more than $5 million on the loan from the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority. That balance is also reportedly due this month.
