Renegade Fitness began just over a year ago, but with the guidance of two local personal trainers, it has transformed lives and left clients constantly craving more.
Renegade Fitness owners, Chris Rhoades and Jennifer Mosler, aren't your average personal trainers.
"Chris and Jen really care," says client Sunny Masterton. "You know they're watching over you, making sure you do everything right."
"We are a more than a personalized training facility. We offer private, small group, and we do large group training," says Jennifer.
With the combination of five grueling exercises and a family environment, what was once just a hole-in-the-wall warehouse, is now the ultimate fitness experience.
