    We are following breaking news, Toledo Police say the man found shot inside of a car on North Reynolds near Dorr Street has died. Police say Kenneth Collins, 20, was found unconscious inside of a car
    We are following breaking news, Toledo Police say a man found shot inside of a car on North Reynolds near Dorr Street has died. Police say Kenneth Collins, 20, was found unconscious inside of a car on North Reynolds early Saturday morning.Investigators say a passerby flagged down a trooper who found Collins inside of the car. Collins later died at the hospital.

NEW LOCAL NEWS

1. SANDUSKY MURDER

A man who got out of prison six months ago, is under arrest for the murder of a Sandusky woman and her two young children. 41 year old Clinton Curtis was arrested today on charges of aggravated murder in the weekend deaths of 23-year-old Heather Jackson, her 3-year-old daughter and 18-month-old son. Police say Curtis had known Jackson for about 5 months. He spent 13 years in prison after pleading guilty in 1999 to involuntary manslaughter for strangling a woman in Wood County.

2. DELTA MURDER-SUICIDE

A fund has been set up to help the family of the victim of an apparent murder-suicide. People can donate at any Fifth Third bank under Katie Glassner Robert's name. The money will go toward funeral expenses and will help her children. The 24-year-old's body was found with 30-year-old Justin Roberts in Delta. Police also found a 22-caliber rifle and a knife at the scene. The couple was married but separated. An aunt says they had two children.

3. SCHOOL REPORT CARDS

(AP) - State education officials tomorrow could decide whether to post school report cards or to continue to hold the information. The vote comes as State Auditor Dave Yost is investigating whether some districts cooked their performance numbers by holding out figures from poorly-performing students.

4. EXOTIC ANIMALS

(AP) - A state panel has OK'd spending as much as $3.5 million for a facility to temporarily house exotic animals confiscated under a new state law. The law last October's release of dozens of animals by a Zanesville-area man from his farm.

5. CHICAGO TEACHERS' STRIKE

(AP) - It looks like Chicago school students will have a second day with no classes. The school board president says negotiators have failed to reach an agreement in today's talks and didn't even get to two of the biggest issues, teacher evaluations and recall rights. More than 26,000 teachers and support staff have walked off the job, idling about 350,000 children.

6. SEPT. 11 ANNIVERSARY

(AP) - Ahead of tomorrow's anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has visited the Flight 93 National Memorial in Pennsylvania. That's where United Flight 93 crashed after the 40 passengers and crew fought four hijackers. All on board the plane were killed. Panetta called the site "the final resting place of American patriots."

7. SEPT. 11 CANCER

(AP) - The federal government will include about 50 types of cancer on the list of Sept. 11 World Trade Center-related illnesses covered by a program to pay for health coverage. Scientists say there's little research to prove exposure to toxic dust from the destroyed twin towers caused even one kind of cancer. But an advisory panel said it was plausible first responders and others who were exposed to the toxic dust might get cancer.
