Chardon shooting suspect to be moved to adult jail

Posted: Updated:

A Judge has ruled that the 17-year-old boy accused of killing three classmates in a February shooting at an Ohio High school be transferred to an adult jail.   A Judge ruled that because T.J. Lane turns 18 on Sept. 19, he should be moved from a juvenile detention center to the Geauga County jail.  Lane is accused of open-firing in the Chardon high school cafeteria Feb. 27.  Six students were shot, three of them fatally, before he was captured.
