The victims of the mass Colorado theatre shooting are now going after the owner of the theatre.
Three victims have filed lawsuits against Cinemark claiming security was lax the night a gunman carried in multiple weapons and opened fire inside a theatre.
Twelve people died and dozens were injured during the late night attack.
The lawsuit comes at the same time Cinemark announced they are reconfiguring the theatre and plan on reopening at the beginning of next year.
