Toledo Finishes 10th at Windon Memorial

Toledo posted a 10th-place finish on Monday at the Northwestern's Windon Memorial Classic. The tournament was played at Skokie Country Club.

Sophomore Chris Selfridge fired an even-par 71 in today's final round to tie for eighth place at six-over 219 (75-73-71). It marked the first Top 10 finish of the season and fourth of his Rocket career. Right behind Selfridge in the individual standings was freshman Otto Black, who tied for 23rd place at 12-over par 225 (76-74-75=225). Rounding out the Rocket lineup were junior Oliver Holtsberry (T-63rd/78-74-86=238), freshman Bobby Thomas (T-68th/79-78-83=240) and sophomore Mike Lancaster (78th/82-76-87=245).

Ohio State (306-286-289=881) edged out host Northwestern (292-291-299=882) by one stroke, while the Wildcats' John Callahan captured medalist honors with a one-under par 212 (69-74-69).
