Thousands of supporters packed the SeaGate Convention Centre in Toledo to hear Governor Mitt Romney's plan for the country. He highlighted his five step plan which included, creating 12 million jobs, cutting down energy costs, and cracking down on China.
"We see the high unemployment, we see the 23 million Americans out of work, we see kids coming out of school that can't find jobs, we see manufacturing jobs disappear," Romney said. "This is not the path we want for America."
Romney also took shots at the President, saying his policies have failed, leaving millions out of work.
"If President Obama would be reelected what you'd see is four more years like the last four years," he said. "We can't afford another four years like the last four years."
Supporters waited for hours to hear Romney's speech, and they weren't disappointed.
Steve Morris of Toledo said, "I think he's got good ideas to try and turn things around."
"I'm here because we can't take four more years, we need some change, people are hurting we need to do something," Cathy Shell of Fremont said.
And with just over a month until the election, both supporters and Romney say its time for change in the White House.
