Testimony continued Monday morning in the trial of two former Tony Packo's executives.
Tony Packo the III, the grandson of the restaurant's founder, and Cathleen Dooley are being accused of stealing $170,000 over four years from the famous restaurant chain.
Both are pleading not-guilty to aggravated theft, and both are facing up to three years behind bars.
Our media partner The Blade estimates the trial will take up to two weeks.
