A restaurant at The Docks in east Toledo has closed its doors as the result of a legal dispute.
The manager at Admiral's American Grill, Mike Howard, says the restaurant was forced to close Monday because its landlord, Dashing Pacific, breached their contract.
He says all employees and vendors are paid in full, but says he cannot discuss the situation further because of the pending litigation.
Howard says he does not know when Admiral's will re-open.
