Residents of St. Joe, Indiana react to the arrest of a local man in connection with an arson fire at a Perrysburg mosque.

A suspect linked to the fire at the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo this weekend was arraigned  Wednesday.

Randy Linn, 52, of Saint Joe, Indiana was brought to Ohio by Perrysburg Township Police and arraigned in Perrysburg Municpal Court on charges of aggravated arson, aggravated burglary and carrying a concelaed weapon.

Linn's bond was set at $400,000. He is being held at Wood County Jail.

Perrysburg Township firefighters were called to the mosque Sunday for a fire in the second floor prayer room.

Religious leaders say they're thankful authorities were able to track down the suspect believed to be responsible so quickly.

There is still no clear motive for the crime.

The president of the Islamic center plans to put new security measures in place. In the meantime, school at the mosque has been moved to Arrowhead Campus of Owens Community College.

The Islamic Center is still roped off, and Perrysburg Township police are patrolling the property.

The Islamic Center is inviting other mosques from around Toledo to their property this Friday to take part in a congregation day of prayer for Muslims. Religious leaders say it will be a day for healing.
