Three men originally charged with obstruction of justice over the shooting death of a baby girl in Toledo were charged Wednesday with the girl's murder.
The three were indicted on 11 counts each. James Moore, Keshawn Jennings and Antwaine Jones face charges including murder, aggravated murder, felonious assault and improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation.
Police say Moore, Jones and Jennings fired several shots into an apartment at Moody Manor on August 9.
The shots came through the rear sliding patio door and hit 1-year-old Keondra Hooks and her 2-year-old sister Leondra.
Keondra later died as a result of her injuries.
The three men face life in prison if convicted. Arraignment is scheduled for Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m.
