After a 2 year investigation, the jury now has the Tony Packo theft case. Tony Packo III and his business associate Cathleen Dooley are accused of stealing more than $150,000 while working for the company. Both face charges of aggravated theft.
Prosecutors allege Packo III pocketed cash, and Dooley helped keep the thefts from Robin Horvath, Packo's former partner and cousin.
The defense claims prosecutors are assuming that everything they were told is the truth, saying both Dooley and Packo III are being branded criminals for doing their jobs.
The jury will begin deliberations Thursday at 9 a.m. If convicted both could face up to three years behind bars.
