    Toledo police shot and killed a man with a gun early Thursday morning. Police say officers were patrolling in the 1000 block of Page Street around 12:30 when they saw a man pointing a gun at a woman.

1. MOODY MANOR INDICTMENTS

Three men are behind bars for the murder of one-year-old Keondra Hooks. The baby and her two-year-old sister Leondra were sleeping in their Moody Manor apartment when bullets crashed through their back patio door, injuring Leondra and killing Keondra. James Moore, Keshawn Jennings and Antwaine Jones were indicted on 11 counts today. Police say a task force has ben working on the case including TPD officers and members of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

2. DRUNK DRIVER SENTENCED

A woman convicted in a deadly drunk driving crash learned her fate. 42-year-old Candy Gillen was sentenced to 42 months in prison and her license is suspended for 10 years. New Year's morning, she crashed into a broken down car in Providence Township. Jeffrey Brown died in the crash.

3. LAWMAKER INDICTED

(AP) - The Ohio House speaker is calling on a state lawmaker to resign in the wake of a 49-count indictment that accuses him of skimming nearly $130,000 in campaign funds for his personal use and failing to list campaign expenditures for six years. Speaker William Batchelder says Rep. Clayton Luckie has damaged the public's trust in the House and should resign.

4. NFL BOUNTY

(AP) - Browns linebacker Scott Fujita accused Roger Goodell of abusing his power as commissioner for his handling of the Saints' bounty case. Fujita also criticized the NFL's recent record on player safety. Fujita had his three-game suspension reduced to one yesterday by Goodell.

5. PARKING GARAGE COLLAPSE

(AP) - Officials in Miami say a section of a parking garage under construction at a community college collapsed today, killing two people and trapping two others in the rubble. One worker was rescued amid the debris, but it could be days before rescuers are able to get the other one out. At least one other was unaccounted for.

6. ARMSTRONG DOPING

(AP) - Cyclist Lance Armstrong challenged the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency to name names and show what it had on him. Today, it did. The USADA report details alleged cheating by Armstrong's teams and names 11 former teammates as key witnesses. It accuses Armstrong of depending on performance-enhancing drugs to fuel his victories and requiring his teammates to do the same.
