(AP) - Ohio has two more meningitis cases linked to recalled steroid injections and a deadly outbreak, bringing the state's total to three cases. The Ohio Department of Health says a 39-year-old Morrow County woman and 40-year-old Crawford County woman were sickened. Ohio's first case was a 65-year-old Hamilton County man.
ICE CREAM RECALL
(AP) - An Ohio ice cream maker is voluntarily recalling some of its peanut-butter flavored products because of suspected salmonella contamination. Velvet Ice Cream says that some of the peanut products bought from Sunland for use in the ice cream flavors could be contaminated. The possibly affected Velvet brands include Peanut Butter Cup, Supreme Peanut Butter Cup and Buckeye Classic.
OSU MARCHING BAND LEADER
(AP) - Ohio State University has promoted its interim marching band leader to the full-time director's position. Jonathan Waters succeeds Jon Woods, who retired last year. (AP) - A Minnesota woman who may have received tainted steroid injections blamed for the nationwide fungal meningitis outbreak is suing the drug seller. She doesn't claim to have been diagnosed with the rare illness. The suit appears to be the first stemming from the outbreak. It's blamed for more than 140 cases and 14 deaths.

(AP) - Police are still searching for a 10-year-old Colorado girl despite the discovery of a body seven miles from where she disappeared. Jessica Ridgeway vanished while walking to school in the Denver suburb of Westminster last Friday. Police aren't saying much about the body that was found in a suburban Denver park yesterday.
