Memorial remembers victims of prescription drug addiction

TOLEDO, Ohio -

A memorial was held Sunday  to remember victims of prescription drug addiction.

Visitors could say a eulogy for a loved one lost to prescription drugs.

They could also bring empty prescription bottles which will be used to construct a monument to serve as a permanent memorial.
