We are following breaking news, Toledo Police say a man found shot inside of a car on North Reynolds near Dorr Street has died. Police say Kenneth Collins, 20, was found unconscious inside of a car on North Reynolds early Saturday morning.Investigators say a passerby flagged down a trooper who found Collins inside of the car. Collins later died at the hospital.

1. DEADLY HOUSE FIRE
Fire officials say a 4-year-old boy died in a house fire in Toledo tonight. Crews say a 3-year-old girl was hospitalized but is expected to survive. Authorities are calling the fire an "accident" but investigators are trying to find out more information.
2. MAUMEE MAYOR RESIGNS
Maumee's mayor Tim Wagener today resigned for personal reasons, largely because of his health. He also says the job has taken a toll on his family, particularly his wife. Wagener has been with the city for 21 years, first as a city council member and the past 13 as mayor of Maumee. City Council President Richard Carr is now acting mayor.

3. OHIO UNEMPLOYMENT RATE
(AP) - Ohio's unemployment rate has dropped slightly to 7 percent after three consecutive months of holding steady at the same rate. The state Department of Job and Family Services says seasonally adjusted joblessness in Ohio was 7 percent in September, down from 7.2 percent in August. The state's unemployment rate remains below the national rate of 7.8 percent.
4. KENT STATE VISITOR'S CENTER
(AP) - Kent State University is preparing to open a visitors center tomorrow that chronicles the historical significance of the 1970 shootings on campus. The Plain Dealer reports the center includes three galleries that cover the social movements of the 1960s, the Vietnam War and the shootings.

Many Americans want to know who the alleged abusers are and whether people who molested them as Scouts are in the files. The files are posted on the website of attorney Kelly Clark. It got more than 200,000 hits within the first few hours of the files' posting.

(AP) - A Nevada judge has agreed to reopen the armed robbery and kidnapping case against former football star O.J. Simpson.
