A Bradner man is behind bars charged with raping a young girl.
The Review Times reports David Grilliot, who's 39, allegedly raped an 11-year-old girl back in July. He was arrested last night after being indicted on the charge.
This isn't the first offense for the man, back in 1991 Grilliot was charged with gross sexual imposition but took a plea deal, preventing him from having to register as a sex offender.
If convicted, on the rape charge Grilliot could spend 10 years in prison.
