The Orionid meteor shower will peak during the early morning hours on Sunday, October 21st. The Orionids bring about 25 meteors per hour. Since moonlight will be at a minimum, it should be a good show. The best time to watch for the meteors will be between 4 to 6am on Sunday morning, but shooting stars are possible at anytime during the overnight hours.
