The David Broadway Salon on Central Avenue in Toledo helped raise money for kids fighting cancer on Saturday.
They teamed up with the Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy for "Kuts and Kolor" to raise money for Kids Conquering Cancer.
Stephanie Davenport of the Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy said, "It's a great experience and all of our students are so happy to volunteer to come over here and help out. It just makes you feel really good that you're helping out a small child that doesn't necessarily have the best experience right now."
All of the money raised goes towards helping local families dealing with childhood cancer. You can still take part in the fundraiser by visiting the salon for a shine treatment through October 31st.
