Radio personality Andrew Z is back in hot water. The STAR 105 radio host was found guilty of three felony charges Friday stemming from a 2011 incident.
Zepeda was accepted into an intervention in lieu of conviction program after being convicted of breaking and entering, theft, and failure to remit sales tax.
A judge has ruled that Zepeda violated that intervention program, which among other things, told him to stay away from places with alcohol.
Zepeda attended a celebrity boxing match where alcohol was served in September.
