2-0 Loss To Cincinnati State In Region XII Semifinal Ends Season For Express Men

MUSKEGON, MICH. - Riding the momentum of their 4-1 win over the Express to end the regular season, Cincinnati State defeated the Express 2-0 in the Region XII semifinal.

Justin Mitchell scored both goals for Cincinnati State. He put his team up 1-0 just six minutes into the match. The Express had a chance to tie the game in the 64th minute, but Nickyle Webber missed a penalty kick. The resulting momentum turned into another goal from Mitchell in the 70th minute.

The Express end their season with a 14-6-1 overall record.
