PERRYSBURG, Ohio -

In front of a crowd of nearly 2,000 supporters, former President Bill Clinton took the stage at Owens Community College in Perrysburg Township, stumping for President Barack Obama.

Mr. Clinton touted the President's policies say they helped pull the nation out of the economic slump.

"We're coming back.  We're not where we want to be.  We have to build a modern 21st century economy, we got to restore the middle class, create jobs, raise incomes and help people work their way into the middle class," he said.

Another sticking point was the auto industry bailout.  Clinton attacked Romney's recent ad about Jeep moving jobs to China and claimed to REpublican candidate didn't want to help the car companies.

"Mr. Romney has been in Ohio and tied himself in knots, he was against it," Clinton said.

BUt he says revolutionizing the student loan program was one of the most important moves the President and Congress made.

"Allowing Obama to reduce the interest rates allows me to further my education," BGSU Senior Courtney Bell said. "I really want to go to law school and that's really going to help me get there."

Now with less than a week left until the election, the goal is to get voters to the polls.

"These last four days are really the go get them," BGSU Sophomore and volunteer, Emily Garcia said. "To go out and vote is just so important and I'm feeling pretty good."
