Death toll from Superstorm Sandy goes up

The U.S. death toll from Superstorm Sandy has risen to at least 76.

The new number comes after Maryland officials told CNN that 10 deaths in the state are blamed on the storm.

Two deaths have been reported in Canada and 67 in the Caribbean, bringing the total 145.

    A man accused in a late-night shooting in Toledo is now behind bars.  Investigators say 41-year-old Christopher Bourn and another man tried to rob Jeffery Burks at Dorr and Bell around 11:30 PM Tuesday.
