Pharmacy robbed of Oxycodone at gunpoint

TOLEDO, Ohio -

Police are investigating the theft of over 100 Oxycodone pills from a Toledo pharmacy.

According to an the police report, a man wearing a black hoodie came into the Walgreens on Monroe Street Monday evening and began talking to two employees about over-the-counter medications.

When one of the employees left to take out the trash, the suspect then showed a pistol to another employee and demanded all the Oxcycodone in the pharmacy. The employee complied, giving the suspect over 100 Oxycodone pills. When she handed him the pills, she noticed he was wearing latex gloves.

The suspect fled the store, running north towards Sylvania. No one was injured and no suspects have been identified.
