Police say Devante Coleman was shot at a home on Asbury Drive in West Toledo Monday night.
Units responded to a call reporting gunshots. When they arrived at the location, a witness told officers that a man dressed all in black had come into the home and singled out Coleman from a group of men and shot him twice; once in the chest and once in the left thigh. The witness told police that Coleman was taken to the hospital in a private car.
Coleman is listed in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. Police are still investigating the incident.
