Posted: Updated:

We are following breaking news this morning in the Napoleon kidnapping case.

Police say an arrest has been made in the case.

At this point details of the arrest are not being released.

Police spent hours Monday searching for Gilberto Villlarreal Junior, 27, after police say he allegedly entered a unit at a Napoleon mobile home park and fired a gunshot.

Police then believed it was a hostage situation involved Villlarreal and Natalie McCoy, 24, from Defiance.

After diverting residents and school busses the Swat team made entry and found the unit empty.

Villlarreal was considered armed and dangerous. It's also unclear if there is a relationship between McCoy and Villlarreal.

We will continue to follow the developments on this breaking news and bring you updates as we get them on action news.
