Family safe after Monroe fire

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

A family in Monroe Township is safe after their home caught fire Sunday night.

A woman, her disabled adult daughter, two children and several pets were home when the fire started.

Investigators are trying to determine what sparked the fire.
