A small town in Wood County
shines bright during the holiday season, but the post office is asking for
help.
Rudolph, Ohio
is about six miles south of Bowling Green.
The town is known for its Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer cancellation stamp.
Postal customers come from across the region to get the special stamp on
letters and packages.
The post office says the
season offering brings in as much as $10,000 each year, but right now the post
office only has one employee, and she's asking for help during the holidays.
The post office is taking
volunteers to work shifts in December. If you'd like to help out, call the post
office at 419-686-4041.
