Autopsy done on Ohio boy; mom is suspect in death

Posted: Updated:

CLEVELAND (AP) - The medical examiner in Cleveland has completed an autopsy on the body of a 3-year-old boy whose mother is being held as a suspect in his slaying.

No results have been released on Tuesday's autopsy on Emilliano Terry. Police have tentatively identified the body, but the medical examiner says DNA tests will be required for a positive ID.

Police said 20-year-old Camilia Terry was arrested Monday after the body of her son was found in trash bags at a waste processing site. She initially had reported the child missing from a city park Sunday.

Investigators said the mother's story changed, leading them to suspect that she was involved. FBI agents stopped a garbage truck while searching the neighborhood and went to the trash processing location.

No charges have been filed.
