Ohio's new districts will stand

COLUMBUS, Ohio -

Ohio's newly drawn districts will stand.

In a four to three ruling, Ohio's Supreme Court ruled that Ohio's Constitution does not require political neutrality when drafting new districts.

The ruling is a defeat for Democrats. They argued the Republican-led apportionment board illegally drew district lines seeking political advantage.

For one dollar, they donated a brick, put your name on it, put it on the wall, and all of that money went to AAN. Over the course of July, those 6 Wendy's managed to raise more than $10,000.
