  • Led Nebraska to an important win over Wake Forest on the road in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge
  • Collected his first career double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds, tying his career high in scoring
  • Went 9-for-10 from the floor and blocked three shots
  • Becomes the first Big Ten player since 2009 to record 20 points and 10 rebounds while shooting 90 percent from the field
  • Earns his first career weekly accolade

Freshman of the Week

Nik Stauskas, Michigan

G – 6-6 – Mississauga, Ontario – St. Marks


  • Averaged 21.0 points over two games while shooting 56 percent from the floor, 67 percent from three-point range and a perfect 6-for-6 at the free-throw line
  • Came off the bench to score 20 points in Michigan's ACC/Big Ten Challenge win against No. 18/18 NC State, which marked his first career 20-point game
  • Set a new career high with 22 points in the Wolverines' win over Bradley
  • Also averaged 2.5 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 steals during the week
  • Earns his second consecutive weekly honor
