A multi-vehicle crash sent an SUV into a building and eight people to the hospital Tuesday afternoon. It happened during rush hour along Central Avenue, between Auburn and North Cove.
Police say a car was trying to make a left turn into an apartment complex when a vehicle rear-ended it.
We're told the impact caused an SUV heading in the opposite direction to get knocked off the road. That vehicle ended up crashing into an apartment building.
All those injured in the crash are expected to be ok.
