Toledo gym owner Joe Lengel was shot and killed outside his gym in November. Now four men are in custody in connection to the crime, and police are looking for one other person believed to be involved.
Jason Kuhns, Devonte Harris and Deitrick Boone have all been charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery in connection with Lingel's death. Boone is not behind bars at this time.
Matthew Managan and Chad Brown are charged with aggravated robbery. Both are in police custody.
Lingel was shot and killed outside Intensity Fitness on November 19.
Police said Thursday Lingel was an innocent victim of a robbery gone bad.
