There's a "For Sale" sign up at the IHOP in Findlay.
A company spokesperson tells 13abc there was an issue with the lease at that location. The spokesperson would not go into further detail.
The Findlay location was one of several IHOPs raided by federal agents last year. Those raids resulted in charges ranging from hiring undocumented workers to defrauding an insurance company out of more than $1 million.
On Wednesday, the IHOP on Central Avenue in Toledo locked its doors for good. The company tells 13abc the lease was up on the building and the closure had nothing to do with the federal investigation.
