Two Toledo landmarks could be heading to the auction block.
Our media partner, the Toledo Blade, reports both the Nicholas and Spitzer buildings downtown are facing foreclosure.
The owner of both buildings, Koray Ergur is in the middle of a legal battle for alleged fire code violations and owes the city thousands of dollars in back taxes.
A judge has ordered the downtown landmarks be put up for sale at the sheriff's auction but a date has not been set.
