The United Health Foundation released its ranking of the healthiest states Tuesday.
Vermont takes the top slot again, for the sixth year in a row. Ohio moved up one place from last year, coming in at #35 this year. Michigan moved down, from 30th to 37th place. Louisiana and Mississippi tied for last place.
The rankings are based on data like smoking, obesity and high school graduation rates, as well as the number of children in poverty.
