A Toledo woman faced a judge Tuesday morning after
severely injuring her six-month-old son.
Amanda Bacon is charged
with felonious assault for allegedly throwing her son to the ground in a fit of
anger, causing severe brain damage and several skull fractures.
She is also being
charged with failing to provide medical treatment.
Bacon's bond is set at $500,000,
and she is not allowed to contact her son.
A preliminary hearing
will take place on December 27.
