A Toledo mother faces murder charges after police say she killed her six-month-old baby.
Toledo police say Amanda Bacon threw her son Avery in a fit of anger.
The boy suffered severe brain damage and several skull fractures.
Bacon was first charged with felonious assault and failing to provide medical treatment, but after the baby died early Wednesday morning, the mother now faces murder charges.
She was in court Wednesday for arraignment on the new charge. Bond was set at $1 million.
