Raul Moya will spend a year in prison for obstructing justice in connection to the death of Leandra Frankum.
His brother Jose is charged with Frankum's murder. Investigators say Moya shot Lendra Frankum back in July at a home on Boad Street in Perrysburg Township.
Moya pleaded guilty to obstructing justice. He was sentenced on a year in prison and three years of community control.
