Toledo home sales were up almost 21 percent in November compared with the same month in 2011.
According to the Ohio Association of Realtors, 624 units were sold compared with 517 a year earlier.
For the year so far, sales in the Toledo area are up 10 percent and prices are up 4 percent. Ohio home sales were up 23 percent. Those figures include new and existing homes.
