Andrew Z fired from Star 105

Posted: Updated:

Star 105-5 radio host Andrew Zepeda was fired Wednesday.

The news comes one week after Zepeda was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating the terms of an intervention program he was ordered to participate in after a 2011 conviction on charges of breaking into his former restaurant and failing to pay taxes.

Leaders from Cumulus Radio would not comment on the specifics on the termination.
