Report shows children killed by grandmother were not drugged

Toxicology reports show that 10-year old Paige, seven-year-old Logan and five-year-old Madalyn Hayes had no drugs in their system when they died of carbon monoxide poisoning on November 12th.

The children, along their grandmother Sandy Ford, 56 and Uncle Andy Ford, 32 were found dead in a car in the garage of a the grandmother's home on Harvest Lane in West Toledo.

Police believe it was a murder suicide. There were no signs of drugs Sandy or Andy Ford's system.

    The bill to ban Internet cafes will head to the Ohio Senate floor today. Yesterday a Senate Committee overwhelmingly approved the plans. Two separate proposals would ban operations statewide and block new cafes until the ban takes effect. There are about 800 Internet cafes in Ohio.
