Massive plant fire in Grand Rapids

Grand Rapids, OHIO (WTVG) -- Grand Rapids fire crews are investigating a massive overnight plant fire.

It happened just after midnight at the Dupont Pioneer Plant on Henry Wood County Road, just north of State Route 6.  Firefighters say 16 workers ran out of the plant when they saw the flames. Multiple departments helped fight the fire and no one was injured.

According to the Plant's website the facility is used to supply seeds for farmers across the world.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
