Crab Dip and Spread
This is tasty stuffed inside of celery or, stuffed in cherry tomatoes.
1 (6-ounce) can real crab meat, do not drain
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or green onion tops (or 2 teaspoons dried chives)
1/2 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring (found near vanilla extract)
Instructions: In a medium bowl stir together the crabmeat, cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella
cheese, chives, and butter flavoring until well mixed. Serve as suggested.
Yield: 12 (2-tablespoon) servings
Crabby Bacon Dip and Spread

Reheat the finely chopped cooked bacon (to release the flavors of the bacon) in a microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds or until bacon is fully heated. Then stir the chopped, cooked bacon into the bowl with the other ingredients…. crabmeat, cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella cheese, chives or green onion well mixed. Serve at room temperature.
