Police want to know just who is behind more than 50 church break-ins. Churches from Fulton County up to Lenawee and Monroe Counties have reported break-ins in the past eight months.
Our media partner, The Blade, reports the thefts have stopped, but they are still looking for the culprit.
Detectives say the suspect forced open doors and windows, then took cash from church offices. Investigators think the thieves may have moved north past Ann Arbor.
