Coldest weather of the season

TOLEDO, Ohio -

The coldest temperatures since January 6, 2012 set in on Wednesday morning. It was the coldest northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan has been so far this season.

The warmest spot in the area was in Hillsdale as the temperature only fell to 19 degrees. Lima had a low of 9 degrees.

Both Toledo and Monroe dropped to 7 degrees. Adrian and Findlay had a low of 6 degrees.

The coldest spot in the area was Defiance with a morning low of 5.
