Two men are behind bars
after a pair of bank robberies in downtown Toledo. Police were called to the PNC Bank on
Madison Avenue around 10:00 Thursday morning.
One person walked into
the bank, demanded cash and took off.
Police arrested
48-year-old Oscar Banks moments after the robbery.
According to police
documents, Banks admitted to the crime, as well as his involvement in two other
robberies at downtown banks.
Police also arrested
47-year-old Anthony Rayford. He's charged for his role in a bank robbery at the
Huntington Bank on Madison
Wednesday.
