Police say 26-year-old Juan Garcia was driving home from a midnight church service when a white SUV going the wrong way on 75 southbound slammed into his car. Drivers who were on the expressway called 9-1-1.
Caller: It was a head on both of the cars look like the front ends are totaled. Both the hoods one hood are fuming and the other one is leaking fuel. There's car everywhere cars should not pass.
Dispatcher: Are there people still in the cars?
Caller: Yes. There's one man inside of an white SUV like car. There's another gentleman who's checking on a the other car a dark car. It looks like a four door. We don't know if anybody's Ok there.
Investigators believe 41-year-old Adam Tunison may have been drunk when he got on the highway going the wrong way. He survived the crash. Police still don't know where Tunison got on the highway. Multiple drivers called 9-1-1.
Caller: There's a chance that the other cars is a fatality there's nothing left of the drivers seat according to this gentleman
Caller: I'm pretty sure there are serious injuries in it.
Caller: I'm going south bound. I've already passed the accident but it look like a head on collision or something I don't know it's pretty bad out there
No charges against Adam Tunison have been filed at this time.
