Toledo police are
investigating about a dozen truck break-ins in the West
Toledo area. The break-ins began in late December, and the latest
occurred on Monroe Street
on Sunday.
Police say the suspect
is breaking the side passenger window to get into the vehicles.
Investigators have
released a surveillance photo of a suspect fleeing a scene on Lambert in a
silver truck on January 3.
