TPD seeks help to solve homicide

Toledo Police are still trying to solve a New Year's Eve homicide.

Police arrived at a Berdan Avenue home and found a woman trying to help her boyfriend. Twenty-four-year-old Brian Minley was shot at least once and later died at the hospital.

    Thanks to an organization called Vested Interest, two local K9 officers will now be a little safer on the job. Ranger and Jack of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office are getting bullet-proof vests from the non-profit.
